Alongside our usual buffet selection, we treat our guests to a special, seasonal harvest-themed dish every day.

Our weekly culinary journey:

• Monday – Garlic-infused confit pork spare ribs
• Tuesday – Crispy roast duck leg stuffed with cabbage pasta (*cvekedli*)
• Wednesday – Beef stew with grapes and red wine
• Thursday – Sous-vide pork tenderloin with Eger-style sauce
• (brown sauce, Eger Bull’s Blood wine, grapes)
• Friday – Venison ragout with porcini mushroom cubes
• Saturday – Traditional chicken paprikash with chanterelle mushrooms
• Sunday – Sous-vide chicken breast fillet with Tokaj-style sauce
• (brown sauce, Tokaj Samorodni wine, raisins)
• A week of exceptional flavors—featuring the finest dishes of the harvest season!
